These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with The Monogram Shop, LLC. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Custom orders

Every item is personalized and made to order. See Returns and Damaged Items for our return, replacement and cancellation rules.

Proofs

We email a digital proof for personalized and custom orders. Proofs not answered within 24 hours of being sent are considered approved. Orders cannot be cancelled once a proof is approved. See Proofs and Turnaround.

Prices and sales tax

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout. Embroidery starts at the price shown and costs $2 per 1,000 stitches with an $8 minimum, so we'll confirm any difference with your proof. The design fee starts at $30 per design and may be higher for more complex designs.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. See Shipping and Pickup for rates and timing.

Your artwork and text

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, anything you upload or ask us to print. You're responsible for any claim that your artwork or text infringes someone else's rights. We're unable to print official team logos or trademarked designs without authorization, and we may decline any order we believe is unlawful or inappropriate. If we decline an order, we'll refund it.

Colors and sizing

Colors can look different on screens than on finished products. Please check the size chart and your proof carefully before approving.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to replacing it or refunding what you paid for it, and we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

Alabama law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
