Proofs and Turnaround

How proofs work

For every personalized or custom order, we'll email a digital proof from themonogramshop.ms@gmail.com so you can see your design before we make it.

• Please review and reply within 24 hours
• If we don't hear back within 24 hours, the proof is considered approved and goes into production
• Orders cannot be cancelled once a proof is approved

Need us to create your design?

If you don't have artwork, we can design it for you. The design fee starts at $30 per design and may be higher for more complex designs.

Uploading your own artwork

We accept PNG, JPG, PDF and SVG files. The clearer and higher resolution the file, the better your print will look.

Turnaround times

• DTF, sublimation and embroidery: 3 to 5 business days, then shipped
• Orders where we create the design: 5 to 7 business days
• Bulk orders: 7 to 10 business days

Turnaround starts once your proof is approved.
