The Monogram Shop, LLC ("we") runs this website. This page explains what we collect when you shop with us and what we do with it.

- Files you upload, such as artwork, logos and photos
- Basic technical information your browser sends, such as your device type and IP address
Payment information
Payments are handled on Stripe's secure checkout page. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never reaches our website or our staff.
How we use it
- To make, ship or prepare your order for pickup
- To send your order confirmation, proofs and status updates
- To calculate sales tax and keep the records the law requires
- To answer your questions
We don't sell your information, and we don't use your uploaded files for anything except your order.
Who helps us run the store
We share only what each company needs to do its job:
- Stripe, for payments and sales tax calculation
- Vercel and Neon, for hosting this website and storing orders and uploaded files
- Resend, for sending order emails
- USPS, for delivering shipped orders
Cookies
We use only what the site needs to work, such as remembering your cart. We don't use advertising cookies.
Children
We sell youth sizes, but this site is meant for adults placing orders. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your information, or to have your uploaded files removed, contact us. We may need to keep some order records for tax and accounting reasons.
